In the real world, people know me as Lisa. On the internet, people know me as Sachi. Why? It all started out with trying to find the perfect handle for my Food Instagram. @FoodandLisa was just too, eh.. boring. So I went with @FoodandSachi! But wait, why @FoodandSachi?

 

My Japanese grandmother gave me Sachi (幸) as my middle name. When translated, "Sachi (幸)" simply means "Happiness." What better way to express my love for food?! Through @FoodandSachi, I have had the opportunity to discover new places, meet great people, and eat SO MUCH FOOOD.

Through this blog , "Finding Sachi" I want to be able to not only share my love for food, but everything that brings me Happiness in life!
